Being allergic to silver is very uncommon. Sometimes we have received the comment that our customers can wear our jewelry but have had reactions to other silver jewelry that they have purchased from large chains. We have then received the answer from the large chains that they sometimes use an agent that prevents oxidation and that you may then be sensitive to that agent.

Our jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver. The name comes from the fact that the silver is made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper. In the past, before the 80s, nickel was mixed into the silver, and since nickel is an allergen, many people have become allergic to nickel. If you have older silver jewelry from the 80s or even older, it is possible that there is nickel in it. The reason that jewelry is not made of 100% silver is that silver is such a soft material that you need to mix something into it to make it harder.

Basically all the jewelry we have has a stamp on it, but it is no longer customary to always put a stamp.

On our small earrings, the stamp is often on the butterfly because it is simply not possible to put a stamp on a very small surface. On some pieces of jewelry, the stamp is placed on the inside, very well hidden, so as not to be visible on the outside of the piece of jewelry. We also do not put a stamp on a piece of jewelry where there is a risk that the stamping could make a "dent" in the silver in a visible place. Most often, they are so incredibly small and well hidden that you may have to look for a while (and sometimes have a magnifying glass), but sometimes it happens that we do not put a stamp. On our gold-plated jewelry, we do not put a stamp over the gold, because that would stamp through the gold surface. Our business idea is to only sell jewelry made of genuine silver, so we would never sell fakes, that has been our basic idea since 2004.

When we were founded in 2004, we bought up small batches or leftover stocks of silver jewelry that other companies didn't want. That's why we got them at very low prices and were able to sell them at very good prices. We thought that silver jewelry in a goldsmith's shop was far too overpriced and that's when the idea of selling at outlet prices was born. Today, we have such good relationships with our suppliers and buy quite large quantities that we get very good prices from them and can still keep our prices low.

No, unfortunately not anymore. We closed our main store at Korsgatan 2 in Gothenburg at the end of June 24. We have previously also been located at Frölunda Torg and Tanum shopping center as well as at Smögenbryggan in the summer, but now we only operate as a webshop and our office is located in central Gothenburg, but you cannot visit it as a customer.

No, we have had some retailers for our jewelry but unfortunately we stopped doing so after the pandemic, as it was no longer possible to keep good prices to the retailers, as the price of silver went up 100% during the pandemic. However, we have tried to maintain our low prices to our direct customers, but had to reduce margins for ourselves.
