SHIPPING

STIL Silver offers the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping – Trackable Letter (PostNord):

We ship using PostNord’s Trackable Letter service and will pack your order within 1–3 business days after receiving it. Please note: during peak seasons (Christmas, Black Friday, graduation), it may take an extra day. Once we register your order with PostNord, an email and SMS will automatically be sent to the contact details you provided at checkout. You will then receive a link to track your order. STIL Silver cannot answer questions about delivery times, as PostNord is responsible for shipping. In most cases, packages arrive within 1–3 days after being shipped. STIL Silver has daily weekday pickups. If you receive an email confirmation from us that your order has been packed, it will be sent with PostNord on the next available pickup. Free shipping on orders over 700 SEK.

Registered Letter (PostNord):

We ship your package using PostNord’s Registered Letter service. This means you must personally collect your package from a service point and present valid identification. Once we register your order with PostNord, an email and SMS will automatically be sent to the contact details you provided at checkout. You will then receive a link to track your order. Registered Letters usually arrive the day after they are shipped, though occasionally they may take an extra day. STIL Silver reserves the right to ship using the Registered Letter service if we consider the value of the package requires it, or for other reasons.

Economy Shipping – slower option:

Once we register your order with PostNord, an email and SMS will automatically be sent to the contact details you provided at checkout. You will then receive a link to track your order.
